Combined with Figure 4 released yesterday (a style similarity matrix of major AI models), a new report on the state of model distillation in China claims that Kimi has the ugliest distillation practices. Figure 4 shows GLM suspiciously similar to Gemini, while Kimi (Moonshot AI) focuses exclusively on cloning Claude, leaving it 'bald'.
